Honey and Whiskey Pork

2 lb-Pork leg
5 garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 cups butternut squash (cooked and cut into small cubes)
1 white onion
1/2 cup honey
Whiskey
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup flour

The pork should have no bones and take some on the fat off. Put olive oil, sliced garlic, salt and pepper into the pork and sit for at least 2 hours.

( I had a whole butternut squash, I sliced it into 4, but olive oil, salt and pepper, and rosemary on the squash. I cooked it for 1 hour at 400.)

Use a large pan, but olive oil, and heat to high. Lear each side of the pork. Take to pork out and but it to the side. But the pan medium, add slicked onion and butter squash. Add 1/4 cup of whiskey and add the pork. Add chicken broth and honey and cover the pan. After 1 hour take the pork out, slice into cubes or bull it apart with forks. But the pork into the pan, add the flour, cook for 10 min.

All done!!!
