Tilapia Taco's

Ingredients:
4 pieces of tilapia fish
salt and pepper
1 tsp dill
1 tsp cayenne pepper
splash of crushed chillies
1 avocado, cut small
2 tomatoes, cut small
1 onion, cut small
2 lemons
2 limes
4 tortillas 
olive oil
2 tsp butter
1 cup graded cheese
chopped fresh cilantro








I LOVE taco's! I got the tilapia at Costco which has amazing deals for great fish! 



1. Get a large pan and heat high. Pat the tilapia with paper towels so they are mostly dry. Add some salt, pepper, dill, cayenne, and crushed chillies on each side. Squeeze some lemon and lime on the fish. 

2. Cut the avocado, tomatoes, and onion and set them on the side. Put the tortillas in the oven on a low temp.

3. Splash a little bit of EVOO and half of the butter to cover each side of the pan. Cook each tilapia on one side, then add the rest of the butter and cook the other side. 

4. Grab the tortillas and add a piece of tilapia on top. Add cheese and finish with some avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, some lime, and lemon on each tortilla.
